The problem we set out to fix

How It Started
Zenvoya is built by a team with backgrounds at BCG, Goldman Sachs, and MIT, led by two founders who spent their careers on the two halves of this exact problem: how travel actually runs, and how hard technology can work for a person.
Vipul Doshi spent 25+ years as a C-level leader in high scale travel operations and technology, hearing millions of traveler frustrations firsthand, from long hold times, fragmented support, and the sense that after you book, you’re treated like a cost rather than a customer. He has deep relationships across the travel industry. His conviction with Zenvoya:

Surendra Goel has spent decades building platforms that transform industries, including a nine-figure business that disrupted roadside assistance.
